We do business the old fashion way.  Please don't ask to reserve if your possible cancellation is requried.  We don't penalize you for "acts of God" or politicians.  If ever there is a question, we and you will "do the right thing".  We take cash or check only for payment.

We have everything a B&B can offer and more because we are not a commericial operation. We operate under the guest room accomodations laws of the state and Town DBA

Bed & Breakfast: We cater to the chemically sensitive, allergic, and/or environmentally concerned lodger, therfore we do not host smokers or pets. However, we are family friendly and can enjoy children because you are the only guest in our home and we love children.  Our one suite is constructed with environmentally safe materials.  See pictures here.

We are a small operation and your party are the only guest in our home.  We shy from making committments over the phone.

Organic Farm: Enjoy the unique surroundings of the farm's forty acres of agriculturally protected woods and pastures ringed with views of neighboring farms and distant mountains.  Walk or cross-country ski the farm, or ride on the nearby bicycle trail that leads across the Connecticut River to the City of Northampton.

Conference Room: Host a graduation party, business seminar or reception in our Conference & Community Room.   We can accommodate 20 to 40 people. No weddings or receptions please

The room is accented with picture windows and a screened porch. There are two outside porches that can be used depending on weather. The room also has a large white board -- great for notes and brainstorming. Meals and audio-visual equipment are available. Can provide many additional services.

Commercial Licensed Kitchen: Food can be served by Pengyew Catering or, you can choose your own food caterer.
